Return and refund

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused

• In its original condition and packaging

For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.

Eligible returns will be refunded for the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a clear photo. We will ensure it is resolved promptly.
